Depending on your location and the shipping method you choose, your order should arrive within 3-7 business days. However, please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on external factors such as weather conditions or unforeseen delays with the shipping carrier.

Free shipping will automatically apply if your order is above the specified $ value. 

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Eliza Singer Studio. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns process.

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. They will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective.
